Tenant Portal

Welcome to the AMHA tenant portal. You likely received a letter from your property manager giving you step-by-step instructions on registering your account.

 

Through this portal you should be able to:

  • See your current account statements

  • View historical transactions

  • Make payments to your account (during the first 10 days of the month)

 

We hope in the future we can increase additional uses to include:

  • Annual recertifications

  • Interim recertifications

  • Submitting documents as needed

  • Work order requests

  • Retain important lease documents available for you to print or send to additional agencies as needed.

In case you’ve lost your instructions –

 

Tenant Portal Registration Instructions

​

1.   Click the blue Register button.

2.  Enter your 9-digit Social Security Number in this format: 123456789

3.  Enter your Month/Year of Birth (MM/YYYY) – ex: 10/1980

4.  Click Next.

5.  Create User

​

•  Create a username – ex: Davidg1979

•  Create a password. Please follow the password requirements listed below the login box on the screen.

•  Reenter password.

•  Enter your email address.

•  Enter your cell phone number.

•  Select your cell phone carrier.

•  Click Create User.

6.  If the account was successfully created, you will see a box appear that reads: “Create User – A validation   

     email has been sent to your address.” Click OK.

7.  Open your email inbox and locate the email from StratusCloud Business Solution - Account Validation.

     Please be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders if the email is not received within minutes.

8.  In the email, click the word here to verify your new account. You will be redirected to the Tenant Portal web page. A
     window will appear that r reads: “New User Validation – Account activated.” Click OK.

9.  You may now enter your Username and Password and click Login.

​Making a Payment in the Tenant Portal

 

1.   After logging in, click on Account Details.

2.  You will see your current charges, payments, and balance.  To make a payment, click the blue bar that says Make 
     Payment.

3.  The Payment Amount will default to the current amount due. Please change the amount if necessary. 

4.  The Convenience Fee will always be based on your payment method:

        a.  Credit/Debit Cards will be charged an additional 2.95% of the total payment. For example, if your payment       
             amount is $200.00, the convenience fee would be $6.08

        b.  Bank Account fees will always be a flat rate of $1.75

5.  The Total Amount due will show the Payment Amount plus the Convenience Fee.

6.  Please check the box beside Save Credit Card Information for future use/Save Bank Account

     Information for future use. Checking this box will store the card information for your next payment

7.  Click Submit Payment with New Credit Card/Bank Account.

8.  A confirmation box will appear: “New Bank Account Processing – You will be redirected to a secure site for   
     processing.”  Click YES.

9.  Enter your Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account Information.  Please print your receipt after finalizing the payment.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. You cannot make partial payments. Paying online will only allow you to pay your account in full.

2. Insufficient fund charges of $25.00 will be assessed for any returned payments.

3. After 2 returned payments, the ability to make online payments will be disabled on your account.

4. The ability to pay online will be disabled when rent boxes close.
