AMHA's Public Housing Department Consists of two Asset Management Portfolios (AMPs). Tenants who reside within public housing will have income-based rent, have property managers and maintenance staff, including 24/7/365 emergency calls. AMHA handles all lawncare and snow plowing of parking lots (not including driveways or city roads).
