Landlords
This section of the website is dedicated to helping you. You have direct access to a link for the Landlord Portal, forms you may need, program updates and helpful information. There is also a tab with information on how to become a landlord that will help answer general questions. As always, please feel free to contact the HCV Program Manager for specific information.
If you have signed up to have your HAP check direct deposited, your monthly pay stubs & tax documents will be sent to the Landlord Portal. Please use the portal to obtain your documents. If you do not have your username or password, please contact the HCV Program Manager.
If you have vacant properties or upcoming vacancies, and are looking for Voucher Holders to fill your units, please contact the office receptionist to get your vacant unit details on the listing that is available for voucher holders.
You have 30 days after a voucher holder moves out of your unit to submit any documentation to the HCV Program Manager related to vacancy charges exceeding the security deposit the voucher holder is responsible for.
Attention Landlords - Effective July 1, 2023, HUD changed the inspection standards for federally assisted housing from Housing Quality Standards (HQS) to National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE). The changes aim to enhance the quality and safety of HUD-assisted housing by focusing on functional defects, health and safety hazards and code compliance. US Inspection Group has been putting together 2-minute videos that can help you understand key aspects of the updates; the videos can be found by following this LINK to their website.
